I have a Chrysler 300 2013 HEMI 5.7. I am in Kuwait. Why will your OBD scanner not work with my vehicle? You are stating that for Kuwait all vehicles must be imported after Jan 1 2018.

I’m don’t know the exact OBD2 compliance dates in your country.
Hence I don’t know if vehicle will be supported via our TOAD software.
However, here’s a low risk way to find out…
STEP 1: Get the ELM327 USB interface from eBay.

Here is criteria that will let you know if your car is compatible with TOAD…
